To change a password on an Email Account, simply login to your Control Panel. This would have been sent in a welcome email when your website / hosting was created.
If you dont have it please email support@webfrogstudios.com.au and we will have the email sent to you.
Once you have logged into your Control Panel you will need to locate the box on the screen called mail.
1. In the mail area click on the icon called Email Accounts
2. Click on the change password link next to the email account you need to reset
3. The screen will then open up and display the area to set the new password. Enter the new password twice and then click on the Change Password button
4. You will then see the Green Success Bar. If not then you will need to choose a better password.
