How to setup email on your IPhone

 

    Section 1: iPhone Account Setup

  1. Select the “Settings” option on your iPhone
  2. Select the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” option
  3. Select the “Add Account” option
  4. Select the “Other” option on your iPhone
  5. Select the “Add Mail Account” option
  6. Enter your account information:

  • Name: The name you would like people to see

  • Address: Your full email address

  • Password: The password for your email account

  • Description: The name of the account that will appear in Apple Mail

  • Select the “IMAP” option and fill required fields as suggested below.
    * If you receive a certificate error message, use the “Continue” option to bypass.

Incoming Mail Server

  • Host Name: The name of your mail server "mail.yourdomainname.com"

  • User Name: Your full email address

  • Password: The password for your email account


  • Outgoing Mail Server

 

Host Name: The name of your mail server "mail.yourdomainname.com"

    • User Name: Your full email address

    • Password: The password for your email account


    • Press Save at the top screen
